Our TVStud negotiating committees met for the first time last week and are now starting their work!
In these committees, active student workers are involved in the process of determining demands and, as experts on our working conditions, form the link between our initiatives and the federal collective bargaining committees of ver.di & GEW. As elected representatives, they are our mouthpiece when it comes to our interests in the negotiations!
However, since we are all concerned with finding demands, information from the upcoming talks with employers and the like, all these debates should continue to be held in as large a group as possible.
