What’s this about?
In order to take part in deciding on the demands for the upcoming collective bargaining round for the federal states (all federal states except Hesse), ver.di, as the trade union leading the negotiations, is conducting a survey of all employees covered by the collective agreement for the federal states (TV-L). There is a separate section for student employees.
Why is it important to participate?
Demands that nobody supports cannot be implemented. Participation is therefore the first important step in showing that we stand behind the demand for a collective agreement for student employees (TVStud) and better working conditions. We need the voices of as many colleagues as possible so that we can become part of the agenda in the collective bargaining round.
When and how can I take part?
The demands survey will run online from 1 September to 31 October at https://verdi.uzbonn.de/tvoed26/ (note for ver.di members: click on ‘nicht zur Hand’ when asked for your membership number).
Who can take part?
All student employees at universities and research institutions where the TV-L applies – regardless of whether they are assistants or tutors, members of ver.di, GEW or no yet members of any trade union.
Take part in the survey yourself, make your voice heard and talk to your colleagues so that they too can take part in the survey!
